October

Where did October go??  It started out pretty slow and 

then it just sped by.  Walt went hunting and I went 

south for a week or just short of one.

 My flight was delayed for 2 hours because of fog

It was really socked in

 Then it wasn't

 One of Claire's friends brought her costume for

Halloween over to show Claire.  Claire couldn't resist

 Cade had a Spanish project due...A memorial to a relative

 Greatgrampa John was elected

 Claire got a hold of my camera

 So cute!!

 I didn't stay for Halloween but Amy sent me pics

 Looks like they made a hauling

Not bad!  Cade didn't go out this year but

opted to stay home and hand out the candy

One for you 3 for me!!

I went to Ellie and Pete's for Halloween

 Pete was "Pete the Cat" again.  The costume actually

fit him better this year.  I only had to repair the tail 

a little.  He dressed up for Pre School Tuesday

 Then they dressed up Wednesday for Halloween

 Ellie has a stuffed animal named "Kitty" and that's 

what she wanted to be for Halloween.

Then the next morning Pete asked if he had to dress

up again in his costume...so cute

 Those two can think of more ways to play with a fold 

out bed than anyone I know

 Brooke came over with the kids so she could go out 

to lunch for a friend's birthday.  The kids have certain
things they like to play with when they come to Gram's
The Tupperware dishes, big Legos, and Brooke's old
Fisher Price doll.  They were all out all weekend
 

We were playing a board game when Pa

came home from hunting.  Pete wanted to 

quit playing.  He ran over to the window to

watch Pa back his truck into the driveway.

Once it was all in he came back to the game

Too funny

Ellie lost her first tooth after they went home.
That was the fastest tooth loss I've ever seen.
She noticed it was loose just before Halloween and it
came out November 5th.
