We headed down to California to celebrate Cade's 11th Birthday
Andrew picked up a tree on Friday and the kids
decorated it
while Amy was at work

Grampa had a job waiting for him.
The kid's Crazy Cart broke down a couple months
ago and nobody knew how to fix it.

Gram played with Claire's hair
While Claire made funny faces
Kept the braids from smacking her in the face
as well as those around her

We gave Cade Lazer Tag guns and Grampa helped
get the batteries in
and then the fun began
Cade made his own cake and frosted it
Monday morning the braids came out
Last minute homework emergency
and off to school
Didn't forget Popcorn night
And Tuesday's homework being done
Amy and I got some Christmas shopping done while the
kids were in school Monday. Amy took a personal day off.
We got a lot accomplished!!
